Never lose another job to a missed call.

When a call to your business goes unanswered, CallSaved texts the caller back within seconds — answers their question, books the appointment, and sends anything it can't handle straight to you. From $79/month.

Set up by hand, by a person, in about a day. Nothing about your current phone number changes.

  • Answers from your hours, pricing, and service area — written by you, never invented.
  • Books appointments in your time zone, and emails you the moment one lands.
  • Doesn't guess. Anything outside what it knows goes to you with the full conversation.

The problem

Right now, a missed call has three endings.

None of them is "you get the job." The person best qualified to answer your phone is under a sink with both hands full.

They call the next company

  • Most people won't call twice
  • You never find out it happened
  • The job goes to whoever picked up

It goes to voicemail

  • Hardly anyone leaves a message
  • You call back at 7pm and miss them
  • By then they've booked someone else

You stop and answer it

  • Every job takes longer
  • Half of it is spam and sales calls
  • You still miss the ones that matter

How it works

Three steps, and your phone number stays exactly as it is.

No new number to advertise, no app for your customers, nothing to learn.

  1. You tell us about the business

Hours, pricing, what you do and don't take on, how far you'll travel, what counts as an emergency. We load it for you — you don't fill in a dashboard on your own time.

  2. Unanswered calls forward to us

A short code on your phone sends only the calls you don't pick up. Your line rings exactly the way it does today.

  3. CallSaved texts them back in seconds

It says it's an automated assistant, answers what it can from your information, books the job, and hands you anything it shouldn't answer itself.

What it will and won't do

The boundary is the whole point. An assistant that invents an answer costs you more than a missed call.

  • Quotes your real prices, not a guess
  • Says it's an AI, in the first message, always
  • Escalates instead of guessing
  • Never texts anyone who didn't call you first
  • Stops immediately if someone replies STOP

Why text

A robot that answers the phone is still a robot on the phone.

Plenty of services will now pick up your calls with a synthetic voice. The trouble is what that asks of the customer: talk to a machine, in real time, out loud, usually while standing over the problem they're calling about. When it mishears them, they hang up — and you've lost the job with extra steps.

A text is different. It arrives while they're still holding the phone, they read it at their own pace, and they can answer with one thumb from a crawlspace. They can put it down and pick it up ten minutes later. And when the job is booked, they still have the whole thing in writing — the time, the price, and what was agreed.

So do you. Every conversation is on your dashboard, and every booking lands in your email as a calendar invite.

And it reads Spanish. If a customer texts in Spanish, the whole conversation happens in Spanish — the answer, the appointment times, the confirmation — with nothing for you to switch on and no separate number to hand out. A voice service needs a whole synthesized voice for every language it speaks. Text only has to read.

Pricing

Every plan books appointments.

Texts are never metered on any plan, and booking isn't held back for an upgrade — it's the whole point. Month to month, no contract, and your phone number stays yours.

Messaging policy

How messaging works, in plain terms.

This matters to your customers, and it matters to the mobile carriers who have to approve your number. Both get the same answer.

How messaging starts Only when someone calls the business and the call goes unanswered. CallSaved never sends the first message to anyone who hasn't called, and there are no marketing, promotional, or bulk messages of any kind.
AI disclosure The first text and the spoken greeting both state that the assistant is automated. This is built into the system, not a setting a business can switch off.
Opting out Reply STOP at any time and messaging ends immediately and permanently. Reply HELP for assistance.
Frequency Varies — messages are replies inside a conversation the caller started. Message and data rates may apply.
Carriers Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Caller data Message content and caller phone numbers are deleted automatically 60 days after a conversation ends. Full detail in the privacy & messaging terms.

Who runs this

A person, not a support queue.

CallSaved is operated by Maxwell T. Westmoreland, a sole proprietorship based in Wimberley, Texas. Each business using CallSaved is registered independently with the mobile carriers under its own name, and messages to its callers come from a phone number assigned to that business alone.

It's deliberately a small operation. You get set up by hand rather than by a signup form, and when something needs changing you email a person who can change it that day.
