Privacy & messaging terms

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. Messaging ends immediately and permanently. Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@call-saved.com.

Who this covers

CallSaved is software used by local service businesses to respond to calls they couldn't answer. If you called a business and received a text back, this describes what happens to that conversation. The business you called decides what its assistant knows and says; CallSaved provides the system.

How messaging begins

Only by you calling the business. When a call goes unanswered, the business's assistant texts back the number that called. CallSaved never initiates contact with anyone who has not called first, and sends no marketing, promotional, or bulk messages. There is no list to be added to.

The first message always states that the assistant is automated.

What is collected

No location data, no contacts, no browsing activity, and nothing from your device. CallSaved has no app and sets no tracking cookies.

How long it is kept

Message content and caller phone numbers are automatically deleted 60 days after a conversation ends. This is enforced by the software on a schedule, not by anyone remembering to do it.

Two exceptions. Appointments you booked are kept by the business as its own records. Opt-out requests are kept permanently and deliberately — the only way to guarantee you are never messaged again is to remember that you asked.

Who can see your conversation

Your information is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising.

Your choices

Security

Access requires an individual account; there are no shared logins. Each business can reach only its own data. Message content is deleted on the schedule above, which limits what any breach could expose.

Changes

Material changes will be reflected here with a new date at the top of the page.
